We only accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Please contact Customer Service using the support tab before sending out your item(s).
Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging. Attached with your item(s) please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the items are being exchanged.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchanges. We also recommend that you insure the product that you are shipping, Fortune Cookie is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:
If you have received the wrong, damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 4 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label for the return or update you on the remainder of your order.
